We are a proudly family-run, locally owned and operated tour and ground services company, founded in 2009 by Cleston Adams and operated by the Adams Family. From the very beginning, our mission has been rooted in one simple idea: to showcase Barbados honestly, warmly, and professionally — the way locals know it.

Our Roots: Family, Hospitality, and Trust

A Plus Tours & Events was built alongside the Barbadian hospitality industry, with its foundation firmly planted at Mango Bay Hotel, where the business has been fully supported by the hotel’s family ownership and dedicated staff from its earliest days — a relationship that continues to this day.

Being based at Mango Bay has shaped how we operate. It taught us the importance of reliability, guest care, timing, and seamless coordination with hotel teams — standards that remain central to our business today.

As a family-run company, we take our reputation personally. Every tour, transfer, and experience reflects not just our brand, but our name.
